Overview of the facility
Spread across 15,881 Sq. Mts., our manufacturing unit contains 2 Production blocks and a separate Hydrogenation block. In addition, we have different buildings for the Admin block + QC/QA, PD lab, an ETP area, a utility area, and a Warehouse with clear separation for finished and raw material hold areas. We also have underground storage tanks for solvents. All buildings are at least 9 meters apart to maintain fire safety norms.

35 SqM. X 24 SqM. Wide G+2 production block containing an intermediate area with 4 GLRs (4KL X 2, 1.6KL, and 6.3KL) and 6 SSRs(2KL, 5KL, 4KL X 2, 3KL, and 1KL) with separate technical areas and ample space between the reactors for ease of operation and to reduce the chances of cross-contamination, two separate n-1 areas(3KL GLR and 3KL SSR) with separate airlocks, an intermediate powder processing area and two separate API/final product processing suites-clean rooms each with separate CFG, ANFD, ATD, VTD, Jet-Mill, Multi-Mill, Vibro-sifter, and Octagonal Blender.

11 SqM. X 14 SqM. wide G+1 floor production block with SSR(0.25KL,0.5KL, and 1KL), GLR(0.63KL, and 1KL) N-1(SSR 1KL, and GLR 0.63KL), and a clean room with CFG, ANFD, VTD, MULTI-MILL, VIBRO SIFTER, and OCTAGONAL BLENDER.
